        Has been contacting merchant for a month now and the item was not received. No response from merchant, no response from logistic company. Delivery status shown as ‘attempted delivery’ but never contact me. Now the status shown ‘returned and abandoned’.

        Please make effort to contact me to sort out this matter. I will report as scam if fail to do so.

        Hello. I made an order for two paintings to Romania, Constanta. I monitored the parcel every day. After the paintings arrived in Constanta, they were just there and now I see that they are being sent back... No one called me about delivery to the post office or the courier... no messages where I needed to go to pick them up (just nothing). I understand that this useless Romanian post office screwed up as always, but now I don’t know what to do... Let’s somehow solve this problem together... since I already paid for them and spent time waiting (since they were a gift), and you wasted your time and delivery.
